Tai Shusheng, PhD in Pharmacology, Registered TCM Practitioner in Canada, Visiting Professor at Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine, and Representative of the “Hundred People, Hundred Projects” TCM Heritage Program for Overseas Chinese.

 

Dr. Tai earned a Master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) from Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine in 1986 and a PhD in Pharmacology from Kumamoto University, Japan, in 1999. He then conducted postdoctoral research in acupuncture and herbal medicine at the University of Alberta Faculty of Medicine in Canada.

Dr. Tai developed a deep love for TCM from a young age, learning folk medicine from his elders. After formally entering Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine in 1980, he has spent over 40 years studying, researching, and practicing TCM.
